Dublin Positions

UX Designer

Work full-time in a highly collaborative environment with other skilled IT professionals to deliver clients exceptional software and tools to help them improve the way they do business. You will be designing really great user experiences, working side by side with developers as they take your vision and build world-class custom web application.Crafting great software on time and on budget requires a designer who is ready to be challenged, to learn and to have fun.

Responsibilities:

• Detail understanding user interaction challenges and main purpose of creating the application
• Following technical discussions and engage in information modeling sessions through wire-frame and site maps
• scaling wireframes from whiteboard photos to gorgeous design specs
• Communication with clients through presentations, meetings and e-mails
• Full filling attention to the detail of any requirment
• Translating business, functional and user requirement into defined specification document though information architecture design (wire-frame & site maps) and visual design

Skills/Experience Requirements:

• Advance knowledge of responsive and persuasive design and interactive web technologies like – HTML5, CSS, Flash, Flex etc
• Hands on expert knowledge of any good graphic designing tools like – Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Good understanding of various Open Source and Microsoft Technologies
• Experience with custom web application built on .NET, Ruby, PHP, CMS frameworks like Drupal, Joomla, WordPress etc
• Excellent understanding and awareness of Web Industry standards, trends and best practice
• Passion for attention to details
• Enthusiastic and structured approach to development

Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating projects
• Communication with clients for requirement analysis, understanding of client expectation and communicate that to the team

Skills/Experience Requirements:

• Advanced level knowledge of any one of the Open Source, Java or Microsoft Technologies and one database like – MySQL, MSSQL or Oracle
• Good technical knowledge of latest web technologies e.g. PHP, RUBY, HTML, CSS, Database , JavaScript
• Excellent aptitude for Programming, System Analysis and Software Architecture
• Enthusiastic and structured approach to development
